It outlines what is new under
the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 for each program supported under
the Elementary and Secondary Act of 1965
and other statues. It also describes how

Kansas Parent
Information Resource Center (KPIRC ) - Parental
information and resource center that provides training, information and support to parents, school districts
and other organizations that carry out
parent education and family
involvement programs. A major goal of the Center is to support parents in
helping their children meet the Kansas QPA academic standards.
